Being careful about a four-figure code from a shop you found ten minutes ago is the correct instinct. So here is the whole picture: who runs this, how long it has run, where the record sits in public, what happens after you pay, and how to check all of it without asking us for a single thing.

How fast: most messages are answered within a few hours, and rarely more than a day. If you are writing about an order, quote the order number and the answer comes back faster, because nothing has to be looked up first. There is no ticket system and no bot in between: you are writing to the same person who releases your code.

Who runs this

Genuine Pins is run by swax. Same handle, same profiles, since early 2022, which is when the first Genuine pin code went out. There has been a steady line of them ever since.

The public record is the point of that sentence, not the sentence itself: 200+ vouches across public rep profiles since 2022, running from the first months of that year through to now. The largest single one to date is a buyer who took the entire CS2 Genuine set in one order, $38,000 in July 2026, quoted word for word on the front page with its reference number, like every other vouch there.

Check us before you spend anything

Do not take our word for any of it. Three checks, none of which we control:

CSGO-Rep. Every vouch on the front page carries its reference number. Open the profile, find the number, read the original, including the ones we did not pick out.
The Steam showcase. The seller’s own account holds nearly every Genuine in this catalogue, redeemed and on display. A redeemed Genuine cannot be faked, borrowed or rented: it is bound to that account permanently, which is exactly what makes it worth something as proof.
The reference numbers themselves. They count upwards, so the dates on the vouch wall can be placed against one another. Four years of entries look different from four weeks of them, and the difference is visible from outside.

If something does not add up, ask before you pay. We would far rather answer three questions than have one uneasy buyer.

How an order runs

Pick your pins. Prices are in US dollars and hold still while you browse.
Leave one contact. Email, Discord or Telegram, whichever you actually check. No account, no password, nothing to confirm.
Choose a coin. You get an exact amount and an address, with the network named right next to it. If your contact is an email, the link to your order is sent to you at this point, before you have paid anything at all.
Send the payment. Your order page watches the blockchain and updates itself. There is nothing to click and no proof to send us.
Get your code. It appears on your own order page, and by email as well if you gave one. Sometimes an order is picked out for an extra verification step before the code is released; nothing is wrong with it, and the code appears in the same place as soon as it clears.
Redeem it. Steam client, Games, Activate a Product on Steam. The pin lands in your inventory carrying the Genuine quality, and is bound to your account from that moment on.

The top end works differently. Availability up there changes week to week, so those pins do not run through the automated checkout at all: we handle them personally. Send a request with your contact and you hear back the same day, usually within a few hours.

Before a code is released, a full refund is available at any time, to any address you nominate. Once a code has been shown to you it counts as delivered: a code, once seen, cannot be handed back. The full wording is on our Delivery and Refunds page.

What this shop is not

It is not a place where other people list things. Every code in the catalogue is ours, priced by us, sold by us. Nobody else has a listing here.
It is not a game of chance. Nothing to open, nothing to spin, no odds anywhere on this site. You pick a named pin at a printed price.
It does not deal in skins, keys or cases. One product line: Genuine collectible pins from the three series, delivered as Steam product codes.
It is not an account service. You never hand us a Steam login, and we would never ask for one. You redeem the code yourself, in your own client.
It is not affiliated with Valve Corporation. Everything sold here is an in-game digital collectible.

Why this site exists

For four years this ran by message. Someone would ask whether a Guardian 3 was around, we would come back with a price, and that was the whole shop. It worked, it still works, but it meant the only people who could buy were the ones who already knew where to ask, and every price was a question instead of a number.

This site is that same shop with the door open. The catalogue is the actual stock. The prices are printed rather than quoted. The vouches that used to be a screenshot pasted into a conversation now sit on a page with their reference numbers attached, so you can check them without asking anyone for permission.

Nothing else changed. Same person, same profiles, same codes.
