Genuine Pins › Delivery & Refunds
Delivery & refundsDelivery and Refunds
Crypto settles once and settles for good, so we would rather be specific than reassuring. This page says what we do, what we need from you, and how long each step takes. It sits alongside our Terms of Sale.
How your code reaches you
Four things happen, in this order.
- You go through checkout and your order page appears, with a payment address and an exact amount on it. Leave an email and that link is in your inbox as well.
- You send the payment. The order page watches the blockchain by itself, so there is nothing to click and nothing to chase.
- The payment confirms and the code is released to your order page.
- You redeem it in the Steam client under Games, then Activate a Product on Steam. The pin lands in your inventory.
Nothing arrives by post, there is nothing to install, and there is no delivery fee. Your order page is the delivery.
How long it takes
The clock is the blockchain, not us. Solana and USDT on Tron are usually under a minute. Litecoin takes a few minutes. Bitcoin depends on the fee your wallet attaches, and a thin fee can mean an hour or more that nothing on our side speeds up.
Once the payment confirms, most orders are done within minutes.
Some orders are picked out for an extra verification step before the code goes out. Your order page says so when that happens, and those are settled the same day, never later than 24 hours after the payment confirmed.
If 24 hours have gone by and your order page still has not moved, that is not normal. Message us with your order ID.
Before a code is released, you get everything back
Any order, any reason, no questions asked: as long as no code has been shown to you, the full amount goes back to you.
Message us with your order ID and an address to send it to. We aim to send it the same day and it will never take longer than 14 days.
This is the ordinary case and it covers the ordinary reasons. You changed your mind. You ordered the wrong pin. You paid for the same order twice. You would rather put the money toward a different pin.
After a code has been shown, a different rule applies
Once the code is on your order page, the order is fulfilled and it is not returnable as a change of mind.
The reason is not policy for its own sake. A code you have read can be redeemed by anyone who has read it, at any time, and there is no way for us to check whether it is still unused. Handing it back is not a thing that exists.
That is the line every code seller draws, and it is exactly why the next section is written the way it is. A code that does not work is a completely different case from a code you no longer want, and it is treated completely differently.
If a code does not work
Rare, and here is the path when it happens. Two things can go wrong at redemption: Steam reports the code as already activated, or Steam rejects it as invalid.
- What we need from you: a screenshot of the Steam client showing the code you entered and the message Steam gave back. One image is enough. No video, no call, no proof of anything else. If it comes out unreadable we will ask for a clearer one, and we will never ask you for anything you would not want to send.
- Your deadline: tell us within 7 days of the code appearing on your order page.
- Our deadline: an answer usually the same day and at the outside within 48 hours, and the case closed within 14 days at the outside.
- What you get: a replacement code for the same pin wherever one can be supplied. That is the normal outcome and the one we go for first. Where a replacement cannot be supplied, you get the full amount back, in the coin you paid, to an address you nominate, sent the day the decision is made.
- What this does not stretch to: a code that worked and went onto an account you did not intend, and a code you showed to somebody who redeemed it before you did. Nobody can undo either of those, us included. Redeem your codes soon and keep them to yourself.
If the amount you sent is wrong
- Too little: your order page flags it by itself and says so. Message us with your order ID and you either top it up or get it back, whichever suits you.
- Too much: your code is released as normal. Message us with your order ID and an address, and the difference goes back to you.
- Wrong coin or wrong network: stop and message us with the transaction hash before you do anything else. Some of these can be brought back and some cannot, and the honest answer depends on which chain it landed on. We will tell you which one it is rather than leave you guessing.
How a refund is paid
In crypto, in the coin you paid with, to an address you give us. There is no card to send it back to and there is no way to reverse the original transaction, by us or by anyone.
The amount that goes back is the amount that arrived, in that same coin. Crypto prices move, so the dollar figure on the day it lands can be above or below the day you paid. Neither of us controls that and neither of us covers it for the other. If that is a concern, a dollar-pegged coin like USDC or USDT takes the movement out of the equation on both legs.
The network fee for sending it back is ours, not yours.
Every deadline in one place
- Cancel before the code has been shown: any time at all. Money back the same day, at the outside within 14 days.
- Report a code that does not work: within 7 days of the code appearing on your order page.
- Our first answer to any case: usually the same day, at the outside within 48 hours.
- A case settled either way: within 14 days at the outside.
- Your order page and the data on it: kept for 180 days, then deleted with the order.
How to open a case
Message us on whichever channel you already use: email at [email protected], a Discord direct message, or Steam. Include what we need to act without a second round of questions.
- Your order ID, which is at the top of your order page.
- Which pin it is about.
- For a redemption problem, the screenshot of what Steam said.
- For money going back, the coin and the address to send it to.
No ticket number, no form, no queue. One person reads it and answers it.
What this page does not cover
- Orders placed anywhere other than here. We can only act on an order that exists on our side.
- Steam account problems such as locks, restrictions, family view or region settings. A code that Steam rejects is covered above and it is ours to put right. An account that cannot activate anything is between you and Valve, and a working code is not something we can take back.
- A pin you redeemed and now regret. Once redeemed it is bound to your account, and that is permanent.
