Your order link is the only key to your codes — there is no login to fall back on. But there are two ways to get it back.
No backend configured. Set
apiBase in js/config.js first.Ordered with an email?
Enter it and we mail you the links to every order on that address. Nothing else is needed: reaching that inbox is the proof.
That does not look like an email address.
If any orders match that address, a mail with your links is on its way.
Give it a minute, and check the spam folder. The mail comes from genuine-pins.com.
Ordered without an email?
Then write to us and we will sort it out by hand, usually the same day. Have your transaction hash ready (your wallet's history has it) and roughly when you ordered. Expect a few more questions after that: a hash identifies the payment, not the payer.
